Refund Policy

Goods with Damage or Defects: 24 Hours to Report

Please inform the delivery driver of any damage to your products at the delivery time. Please check the items as soon as they get to your house, and if anything seems broken, please let the driver know.

If you find any damage to the things after you receive the delivery, please let us know within 24 hours. To assess the damage, our experts will communicate with you via Video calls, Skype, or email pictures. After 24 hours, we cannot determine when or how the damage happened because goods may be stored on construction sites or transferred by your trades. We are unable to accept damage claims as a result.

Your plumbers must check the products before installation. Neither Budget Plumbing Centre nor our suppliers are liable for goods that are harmed during or after installation.

Product warranties protect items that are shown to be defective as a result of manufacturing defects. They are typically handled by the supplier or manufacturer of the product, who also offers after-sale service assistance for products that a plumber has properly installed. On most product warranty cards, the manufacturer’s website, or by contacting our staff, we can help you obtain the information you need.

Have you changed your mind or made a mistake?

These things do occur, and we will do everything in our power to arrange for a replacement item or refund. To arrange for the collection and return of your items, please get in touch with our team. Once you get in touch with us at [email protected], you will receive a return form that needs to be filled out and sent back as soon as possible. Following that, we will organise pickup, which must be returned within 14 days.

The return charge is waived if you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order. There is a $25 return fee if you decide to cancel your order after 24 hours but before your items have been sent.

You may return items within 30 days for a full refund minus the original shipping cost and a return shipping fee to cover the cost of the return if they have been delivered but are still sealed in their packaging and the same condition as when you received them. The cost of return postage is:

Tapware, showers, accessories, lighting, and tiny products will incur a $12 restocking fee or higher return shipping cost.

Vanities, toilets, basins, kitchen and laundry sinks, and bulky items will incur an $80 return shipping fee, or a higher return freight charge, if applicable.

Baths

A $220 return shipment fee, or the return shipping cost, if higher, will be charged. Our drivers cannot pick up a bath unless it is in its original box, skid, and wrapping due to its size and potential for damage.

Please be aware that we cannot accept returns by your courier or Australia Post due to the potential in-transit damages. However, you can drop them off at our Bella Vista warehouse to save on the return cost. In this instance, the refund amount will still be below the initial shipping fee.

The products and their packaging must be in their original state. We cannot accept products with damaged or missing original packaging, including shipping skids or pallets.

Products that cannot be returned

Since vanity units are created to order, they cannot be returned or reimbursed once requirements are finalised.

You will be informed before you purchase any customised, out-of-stock, or specially manufactured products.

Standard Returning Terms

You are responsible for the items while they are in your care; if they are destroyed, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Once you have tried to instal or use an item, we cannot accept any return form.

Before a replacement item is supplied or a refund is issued, all returns and refunds must be examined by a member of our staff. Unfortunately, this could take some time, but we’ll work to fix it as soon as possible.
